Refund & Cancellation Policy

Handmade with Love – No Mass Production

As all our products are made to order, we currently do not offer refunds or cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.

Return & Replacement:

• You need to create an uncut parcel opening video of the products your ordered. 
• We only accept returns if the product is damaged or incorrect, and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.
• The refund part will be processed within 3 days of your complaint video received.

• We will either replace the product or issue a store credit for future use.
